Refund and Cancelation Policy

All home visit bookings made with Little Miracles will be required to pay in full prior to your consultation and as confirmation of your booking.

All phone or Skype consultations will be invoiced after your consultation.

For phone or Skype consultation, you are required to give more than 2 days’ notice for a full refund, if you give less than 2 days notice you will be required to pay 20% of your booking fee.

For home visits and Group talk bookings, you will be required to give 7 days’ notice for a full refund and if less than 7 days, a 30% fee will be charged for your booking.

Service delivery policy

Due to Little Miracles being in a rural location, shipping is subject to the day of purchase. Our usual postage time frame is 3-5 days.
